Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Ready to ship orders are stated in the item description. Ready to ship orders process and ship within 1-3 business days. I ship via USPS and I offer tracking information provided in an email upon shipment.

Custom orders are stated in the product description. There is a process in custom orders. You will first place your order with me on my website (here) OR on social media ONLY under the account @dyesforyoureyes

I offer paypal and Venmo QR Code for off site payment methods. The username that you can communicate with me will ONLY be @dyesforyoureyes. I use tiktok, facebook, and instagram. I also have an Etsy account that I never use.

We will discuss what kind of design you would like or you will choose it yourself on my website.  I will then order the product from my supplier if necessary. This process CAN take up to 4-6 weeks but it is usually quicker than that. 

I have ZERO control over the 3rd party shipping agent Printify. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and discounts are NOT APPLICABLE in the folder 3rd Party Prints. As for everything else, please see below.

I want you to feel comfortable in the clothes you're wearing. Please reach out to me within 72 hours of receiving your item to discuss a resolution. You may contact me in the website contact form below or email me at dyesforyoureyes.wenona@gmail.com

 

I will accept returns and offer a refund on ready to ship items as long as the item has NOT been damaged in ANY WAY. It must only be worn to try on & then sent back. Not worn for the day and then sent back. I will notice. I have the nose of a bloodhound and will  recognize perfumes, deodorants and laundry detergents.

You MUST contact me within 72 hours of receiving your item. You MUST ship the item back to me within ONE WEEK of receiving your item. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item.

I'm sorry but ii will not accept returns if you do not follow the 72 hour time frame.

 

I do not accept returns on garments bought at local pop up shops or vending events.

Upon returning, it MAY take up to 2 business weeks for a refund.

Custom orders have NO money back refunds but I WILL offer ONE size exchange. I cannot guarantee the colors or design to be the EXACT same as the one exchanged. I will order the other size and start creating it as long as I have received the other garment in the exact condition it was in. (No wearing for the day - only to try on & no washing).
